Hi, my name's Nicole, and I’m a keen baker. I started baking when I was
a teenager. The first cake I made was a cherry cake, which I baked with my Nan.
And since then I’ve been hooked. I then started to bake for Christmas, which
would involve me making a Christmas cake and an apple pie. I would also bake
for family birthdays, which could be anything from cookies to a birthday cake. As
I continued baking, I decided to start creating my own recipes.
I have learned a lot over the years, so this is why I have created this blog. I want to help all those bakers out there avoid the many challenging issues that I have had to face during my baking journey.
